Rock Lake Special Events Acknowledgement of Rules

Prior to scheduling any event at Rock lake the Board of Directors of the Bar-K Association requires you to read, initial and sign this statement for both your information and our liabilities.

THERE IS NO SWIMMING AT ROCK LAKE ______

Swimming is defined by the Bar-K Board of Directors as the immersion of the body in water above the knee or using arm or leg motion to propel in water whether by natural flotation or the use of secondary flotation devices. Mounting/dismounting of watercraft is allowed if the intended purpose is to stay above the water surface.

INTER TUBES ARE PROHIBITED _____

Belly boats are allowed on all Association lakes. Chest waders with life jackets are allowed on all Association lakes.

GUEST LIMITATIONS_____

Your immediate family members and 10 guests are permitted to use Rock Lake when scheduled for a SPECIAL EVENT. Events must end in 4 hours.

ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED _____

Alcohol is not permitted on the common lands due to a liability exclusion
