Excerpt from Association Bylaws
9.2b Stable Committee. The Board Of Directors shall appoint a Stable
Committee which will consist of a minimum one Director, the Project/Capital
Expense Manager, and include all Association members owning an equine or
llamas that will be using the stable, arena, holding area, or included on the pasture
rotation plan. This committee will be informed of any complaints, violations, or
issues involving permissible livestock while on Association land, investigate and
resolve, if possible, prior to reporting to the Board of Directors. The committee will
ensure the Common Range Management Plan is adhered to when Livestock is
introduced to Common Pastures. Before the introduction of equine or llamas to
common land for grazing, the Committee members will inspect and repair any
damaged fencing. The committee is also responsible for an annual Pasture
Rotation Plan to be approved by the Board prior to any introduction of livestock.
Any major changes to this approved plan will be reported to the Board. The Board
appointed Project/Capital Expense Manager, as part of this committee, will
calculate expenses for any project for the fiscal year prior to submitting it to the
