Special Event Requests

ROCK LAKE

Members can reserve the Rock Lake picnic area for special events in the summertime. Please email us at info.barkranch@gmail.com if you would like to make a reservation. The Association is limiting the amount of people to 10 guests plus your immediate family and a time limit of 4 hours to minimize the impact to the community. Members wishing to use the lake for a special event are required to sign an acknowledgement stating that you have read and understand the General Rules and Regulations and and are willing to abide by them.

WAPITI PICNIC AREA

The Wapiti Picnic Area is available for events by request. If you wish to use the picnic area for a get together, send an email to info.barkranch@gmail.com with the dates needed. We are currently limiting parties to 30 guests plus your immediate family to minimize the impact on community members. Please read the General Rules and Regulations and make sure your guests understand the rules as well.
