Regular Meeting Changes

We are outgrowing the physical space for Regular Meetings. Future meetings will be accessible with a Microsoft Teams link for members who wish to observe the regular meeting.  If you are on the distribution list, you will get an email with instructions.  Remember, if you have a concern that you want to address, email Jack Kutscher or call (303-459-3568) at least 7 days in advance to be added to the agenda and can be present for the meeting. We are limiting the community input to 3 people per meeting (5 minutes each).  This new format will allow the Board to conduct regular meetings efficiently, while creating a venue for members to observe meetings and provide input to board members. We hope you find this new format useful and we look forward to your participation.
