Bar-K Association Code of Conduct




The Bar-K Association including all members and its community groups and committees is to remain a friendly and welcoming environment that is suitable for all members of the Association and their guests. 


 Personal attacks, belligerent, malicious, threatening, or otherwise objectionable conduct or language in person or via Electronic Communication will not be tolerated on or regarding Association property. 



All members of the Bark Association must follow all posted rules and regulations on or regarding Association property, and all community group members and committee members must follow their individual committee rules and regulations regarding or on Association property.  


According to Bylaw 12.1, a violation of any posted rule or regulation by a member, their family, or their guests can result in the suspension of the member(s)'s easement of enjoyment of the Bar-K Association property.  If the Bar-K Board of Directors decides that a violation has been committed by a member, the member will be notified that their membership is suspended pursuant to the Bar-K Association published By-laws.
